We want you to love your new accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Enter your order number and shipping zip code into our online returns center to start your request.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific jewelry pieces you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original BaubleBar packaging.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and await your refund once our warehouse processes the return.
