What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are non-returnable.
How should I care for my BaubleBar jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place and using a soft cloth to gently clean it after wear.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. We offer a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or breaks due to a production flaw, please contact our customer support team with a photo of the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment payments through Afterpay and Klarna.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
